1. Introduction
 

Welcome to DMV Black Car. By contacting us for limousine services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
 

2. Booking and Confirmation
 

2.1 Booking Process: To book our services, you can contact us through our website, phone, or email. Provide accurate details including pick-up and drop-off locations, date, time, and any special requirements.

2.2 Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or message from DMV Black Car. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking at our discretion.
 

3. Payment Terms
 

3.1 Rates: Our rates vary based on the type of service, vehicle, distance, and duration. All rates will be communicated at the time of booking.

3.2 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is required in full before the start of the service unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, tolls, parking fees, and any damages caused to the vehicle by the passenger.


4. Cancellations and Refunds
 

4.1 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total booking cost.

4.2 Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the allowed time frame will be processed within 7 business days. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time.
 

5. Passenger Responsibilities
 

5.1 Conduct: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner. Any form of misconduct, including but not limited to abusive language, physical altercations, or damage to the vehicle, will not be tolerated.

5.2 Safety: Passengers must wear seat belts at all times. The use of illegal substances or smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Belongings: Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. DMV Black Car is not liable for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
 

6. Limitation of Liability
 

DMV Black Car is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. Our maximum liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the passenger for the service in question.
 

7. Force Majeure
 

DMV Black Car is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, traffic accidents, road closures, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
 

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
 

DMV Black Car reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is the passenger's responsibility to review the terms and conditions regularly.
 

9. Governing Law
 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which DMV Black Car operates. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
